RETURN POLICIES:
If you’re not satisfied with our products, you may exchange the unused portion within 14 days of the postmarked date for a different flavor. Returned merchandise must be sent back to us within these 14 days.
Shipping costs are NOT eligible for refunds.
To return a product for an exchange you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us at lindalee@teanonihawaii.com. Please mark your RMA number on your return package.
Sorry, we do not cover the shipping costs for returned packages.
